FAQ - Order Information

How do I make a purchase?
You can can select the item you wish to purchase by clicking on the category in the copper navigation strip eg BRANDS, LINGERIE, BEACHWEAR etc. Then select an option from the subcategory box if applicable then click on the photo of the item you are interested in. Once you have clicked on the photo that item will appear in its own page whereby you can now selct a colour, style and size if applicable. Simply add the quantity and click "ADD TO CART". You will then be taken to the shopping cart to finalize your purchases either as a guest or registered member.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including American Express, Mastercard, Visa and Diners Club. Payment may be made by Paypal as well.

What currency is displayed?
All prices online are quoted in AUD$ Australian currency.

Is the Goods and Sales Tax (GST) included in the prices online?
The Australian Goods and Sales Tax is included in all prices quoted online. Should your order be shipped internationally the GST will be deducted from the final total.

What happens if a price is displayed incorrectly?
From time to time there may be a technical glitch that displays an incorrect price. We apologize for this and will advise the client in a timely manner should this affect the order. We are happy to refund any incorrect amount charged. Please note prices are subject to change without notice at times but we endeavour to update our pricing to reflect the correct pricing at all times.

Can I change/cancel my order once it’s placed?
No unfortunately once an order has been placed online it is final as your credit card has automatically been charged and goods reserved.
